Interview with a Classmate
When the Professor first announced that we would be conducting interviews with a classmate of her choosing I felt a little apprehensive at first, but as I went on with the actual interview I found it to be a very interesting assignment. I was tasked with interviewing Kecia Montgomery, initially I thought, this is a young girl, she hasn't done much living, I know because she hasn't been on the planet that long, but much to my surprise I was pleasantly surprised with her maturity, and with her responses to some questions that effect us in our everyday lives. I found her to have a command of world knowledge well beyond her years with the intellect to match wits with the best. When you do an interview the interviewer makes an attempt to find something provocative, or something that the reader doesn't already know, well don't look for any gotcha moments in this interview. It's pretty much straight forward and to the point. Like most people we don't live lives the way that people are portrayed in the movies, but rather we live simple existances trying to make ends meet, be comfortable, and try to find the meaning of our lives. We all aspire to greatness while looking for our 15 minutes of fame, to some that fame never comes, to others it more than what it's worth. This is my interview with a simple American mother, "new mother". I will utilize a question and answer format with a commentary to follow the actual interview.

A: No.
As a result of this interview I gained some personal insight into the life of Kecia and I noticed that she has the same goals, dreams, and aspirations as millions of other Americans. I feel that she has the intellect and drive to achieve her goals, and recognize her dreams. She is a young mother of twins and her task may be more difficult as a result of having new borns to take care of, however if you can believe, then you can achieve. I also hope and pray that some of the things that I learned in English 101 have become implanted into my memory banks and that they have shown themselves in this briefinterview.
